1. Trading Challenge Overview MT4Funded offers a two-step trading challenge to evaluate traders' abilities and determine eligibility for a funded account. The challenge consists of:

• Phase 1: Profit target of 5%.

• Phase 2: Profit target of 5%.

• Funded: Profit target of 5%.

• Profit Split: 80%

• The minimum profit withdrawal is $100.

2. Maximum Loss Limits The maximum overall loss for your challenge account is based on the amount paid during registration, click here for exact figure. There is no daily loss limit. However, if your account reaches the maximum loss limit, your challenge account will be terminated.

3. Account Termination Criteria Your challenge account may be terminated for the following 4 reasons only:

• Violation of the maximum loss limit.

• Changing the trading account password.

• Inactivity for 15 consecutive days.

• Failure to maintain consistency with your trading strategy.

4. Trading Strategy and Rules To help traders focus on trading without worrying about rule violations, we have eliminated most restrictions. You are free to use any trading strategy, as long as it complies with the terms of our third-party broker. Strategies such as scalping, using expert advisors (robots), hedging, trading the news, and holding positions over the weekend are all permitted.

5. Prohibited Practices We do not have any prohibited practices however, all trades must comply with the terms and conditions set by our trading platform provider (Exness). For further information about prohibited practices, you may contact Exness directly.

6. Activation and Duration After paying the fee for the selected MT4Funded Trading Challenge, you will receive login details within 3 hours. To activate the challenge, you must open your first demo trade. If the challenge is not activated within 15 calendar days, your access will be suspended. The challenge lasts for 15 calendar days from activation, and inactivity beyond this period may lead to suspension. However, as long as the trader remains active, there are no time limits for completing the challenge.

7. Evaluation Process If you meet the challenge conditions and comply with these terms, we will evaluate your progress and, if successful, will provide access to the next stage. You may request an evaluation at any time by contacting us via support@MT4Funded.com or through the Client Section. The evaluation will not take place if you have open positions in your account.

8. Funded Account Criteria Once the verification stages is successfully completed, you will be upgraded to the MT4Funded Trader Program (funded account). Consistency in your trading strategy is essential.

9. Ordering Services To order the services, complete the registration or order form on our website. Upon registration, we will send you login details for the Client Section and/or Trading Platform within 3hrs. All challenge fees are final and non-refundable.

10. Trading Services The services we provide include simulated forex trading tools, educational materials, and access to trading platforms. These services involve simulated trading, where the funds used are fictitious. By using our services, you acknowledge that the brokers of the trading platforms (such as ICMarket, Exness) have their own terms and conditions.

11. Payment Policy We do not accept third-party payments under any circumstances. All payments must be made using the account that belongs to the registered user. Payments made from third-party accounts will be rejected, and the transaction will be considered invalid with no refund. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this policy without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability MT4Funded.com is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred through the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or errors in trading. All trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

13. Miscellaneous

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
